This Nature Connection Teacher Training empowers your dream to take the power of earth connection into every sphere of Western culture.

Through this training will be using the skills and practices taught in Nature ONE as a template to develop your own transformational Nature Connection program.

Your mission is to use the foundational Nature Connection skills taught in Nature ONE to learn (and master) the key ingredients needed to lead your clients into states of deep nature connection, transformation and personal growth.

This is what humans are hungry for today! Powerful embodied states of connection to nature that create undeniable states of belonging and greater purpose.

These embodied states act as change agents fuelling our cultural desire to deeply understand how to live sustainably and protect our environment.

Nature Connection programs that create these states are a lot like weaving a basket….

Where the basket is the program container you weave and hold your participants in as they seek to change their lives and gain greater wisdom through direct experience of Nature Connection practices.

We are ready to show you how to weave in a way that deeply reaches people and facilitates true deep nature connection, personal growth and cultural transformation.

During this 7mth journey, you will:

• Quicken the growth of your personal power

• Deepen your dirt time and direct experience with introductory to advanced Nature Connection skills,

• Walk away with a ready-to-run, targeted and unique transformational Nature Connection program,

• Learn powerful presentation & communication skills,

• Learn how to use online marketing and business knowledge to successfully run your own business.

All of which will set you apart from the crowd and give your offering a compelling and magnetic nature.  

The sky is really the limit as you craft, with our guidance, a program suited to schools, government departments, community groups, women’s groups, men’s groups, families and the general public.

We consistently sell out our programs and understand what it takes to really make your love of nature and the reality of money work in the world that is.

We have successfully facilitated Australia’s only year-long Wilderness Living program, launched & sustained numerous in-person programs and have developed epic online offerings that also contain true transformation for our Soul Tribe.

We have been written about in numerous books, quoted in the press and offered Nature Connection pathways to corporate companies, government departments and school groups - in the form of multiple, to one-day programs, and everything in between!

We understand what it takes to develop a Nature Connection program that grabs the attention of your Soul Tribe and transforms their connection to the natural world.

Through your Teacher Training we are committed to offering you a unique experience that shares with you the insider knowledge of HOW to successfully craft programs with all of the heart and power that has come to define our many Nature Philosophy programs.

INDIGENOUS CONNECTIONS

One of the aspects of our business model which makes our experience unique is our long standing and genuine connections to numerous Australian indigenous communities.

Offering culturally appropriate nature connection programs where you are working with your local mob is a critical step in reconciliation and regenerative cultural practices.

We can share with you key cultural considerations for engaging with indigenous communities and how to develop long-lasting and real relationships which repair invasion trauma.

So many people these days are seeking a deeper connection with indigenous elders but due to our huge cultural differences, we often come off as tokenistic in our approach.

Without you knowing, this often pushes away the most knowledgeable elders who are powerful and inspiring leaders. We can help you to understand the complex issues of cultural repair and cultural respect.

Plus, empower your ability to build strong and real connections to your relevant indigenous communities.

PROGRAM OUTLINE - OCTOBER, 2024 - MAY, 2025

Your Teacher Training program begins just before the next Nature ONE 5-Day Program.

Your 7 months of learning will take place through a series of dedicated Teacher Training Program offerings and include a month-long break across Christmas and New Year.

Specifically, your training includes:

• 3 x In-Person Teacher Training Intensives (1 x 2 day and 2 x 4 day bespoke training programs)

• 2 X Nature ONE 5 Day Programs which you can attend as either a student or Support Staff Member, where as part of the team you learn, observe and support as we deliver the program.

• Hands-on experience at the Wild Village Family Camps as a Nature Connection Mentor. These are week-long programs that run 3 times a year.

• Online Group Coaching Calls and 1-1 Support at home as you craft your business and transformational program.

• Access to in-depth resources via an online Membership Portal which covers four key learning areas of Program Development, Program Facilitation and Program Marketing.

• Final Gathering at the end of your second Nature ONE program to mark the completion of your training program.

YOUR PROGRAM COMMITMENTS

We recognise this program will demand a certain level of commitment and stepping up from you as a participant.
It may also ask that you own your unique gifts and personal power in a new and more tangible way.

So undoubtedly on your personal journey through this program, there will be some clearing out of the old to make way for the new.

We understand this can be challenging and needs a solid level of support (a strong basket) and that is why we have ongoing support offered through the program in both group and 1-1 formats.

8 x Group Coaching Calls
These calls are a way for you to receive key Modules of your Teacher Training materials. To work your process in a supportive team environment, stay in touch, check-in, receive feedback and have your questions answered.

Online Membership Site & Private Facebook Group

Your online Membership Site & Private Facebook Group will contain all of your course materials and resources that cover all areas of developing programs and your group call recordings.

Personal Support Sessions

1 x 90-minute Digital Marketing Strategy Session with Nature Philosophy Co-Founder, Kate Rydge.

1 x 90 minute Program & Facilitation Personal Session with Nature Philosophy Co-Founder Sam Robertson.

Additional Sessions can be purchased with our Coaching Team if needed.

Regular Home Practice
We will also be inviting you into regular Nature Connection skills practice which will act as a quickening of your personal development and general Nature Connection skillset.

In-Person Training

Initiation Intensive - 18th - 20th October, 2024

Teacher Training Program commences with your first dedicated group process prior to the start of your first Nature ONE program.

1st Nature ONE - 5 day Survival Skills & Nature Connection Program

21st - 27th October, 2024

Attendance as a Teacher Trainer where you help support behind the scenes and learn what it takes to facilitate Nature ONE. If you have not yet taken Nature ONE you can participate as a student.

VENUE: Upper Shark Creek, Maclean, Northern NSW

30 Day Dirt Time Challenge - at home personal exploration of your Nature Connection skill set

Gain invaluable hands-on experience by dedicating space to dive deeply into the skills you need to master as an emerging facilitator in the Nature Connection field. This month long challenge will be held through our Private Facebook Group and via online support calls.

4 Day Teacher Training Skills Intensive

6th - 10th December, 2024

This program will focus on enhancing your unique understanding of the skills of Nature Connection and foster your personal development as a powerful change maker in your chosen field.

VENUE: Upper Shark Creek, Northern NSW

4 day Teacher Trainer Skills Intensive

18th - 23rd February 2025

This program will focus on enhancing your skills of nature connection through the development of your presentation skills and holistic digital marketing. Through this process, you will be given valuable feedback on how to refine your skills as a dynamic facilitator and how to generate social media content that magnetically attracts your ideal participant.

You will also have the chance to complete a Vision Quest process (Power Quest) that specifically supports you to launch your pilot program.

Wild Village Family Camp, Mentor Experience (Optional)

Term 1 School Holidays April, 2025

Gain experience as a Nature Connection mentor for children. The Wild Village experience is a chance to learn how to hold play-based nature connection spaces for both children and adults.

VENUE: Tanamon, Pillar Valley, Northern NSW

Nature ONE - 5 day Survival Skills & Nature Connection Program

25th - 30th March 2025

Attendance as a graduating Teacher Trainer where you once again help support behind the scenes and where appropriate help support specific parts of the Nature ONE program.

VENUE: Upper Shark Creek, Maclean, Northern NSW

Final Group Teaching Calls and Checkins will continue until 31st May, 2025

*You must attend the majority of the in-person and online components of the program in order to graduate.

AM I ELIGIBLE?

To be eligible for this program ideally, you are an existing graduate of Nature ONE
OR have experience in survival skills, bushcraft, solo wilderness camping, nature therapy, nature connection and rites of passage facilitation and are able to attend Nature ONE in October 2023 as a student.

We will definitely consider any genuine application so please just reach out to confirm if this program is a fit for you.

We have had a huge amount of interest in this program and only take a small group so we can best support your training. So please reach out to grab one of the limited spots available.

If we feel you are a fit for the program we will then be in touch to arrange a Zoom Interview. Once approved you will need to be ready to commit to the program with a financial investment.
