TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ALL PROGRAM PAYMENTS
Deposits (less a refund fee of $90) are refundable if cancellations are made 28 days before the start of your program. Deposit are non-refundable 28 days prior to the start of a program.
In the event of cancellation 14 days prior to the start of the program, fees paid above the deposit are refundable.
In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the start of the program all monies paid are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation 14 days prior to the start of the program, less the program deposit, are transferable to another program to be used within a 12 month period.
When choosing to pay for your Nature Philosophy Program via Stripe, aThird Payment Payment System, your payments will incur a 1.75% processing fee
Unless stated otherwise on Nature Philosophy's website deposit amounts are deemed to be 40% of the total program fee.
Your PAYMENT and SUBSEQUENT ATTENDANCE at any Nature Philosophy program or program co-facilitated by Nature Philosophy Australia requires that you agree to the terms in full contained within this personal waiver.

By ticking the Terms of Service box on your booking form you agree to all of the following points and personal statements.
I agree to take responsibility for your own health and the well being of any children in your care during the entire length of the Nature Philosophy program I am attending.
I understand that the Nature Philosophy Program I am paying for and attending is essentially a nature connection and personal development opportunity with a focus on spiritual philosophy and awareness.
I agree to assume full responsibility for my participation in the program and any child in my care. This includes all that I experience or a child/children in my care experience. I understand that my participation requires that I am drug and alcohol free for the length of the program. I acknowledge my personal responsibility to treat the other participants and staff with non-violent language and respectful actions. I understand that if I am unable to do this I can be asked to leave the program and I agree to take this direction if the organisers feel the need to ask me to leave.
I understand that my participation in the specific Nature Philosophy program I am attending in general and any particular activity thereof, is entirely my voluntary and freely made choice made after considering all factors.
In consideration of my attendance and participation herein, I and those claiming through me, i hereby release and indemnify Nature Philosophy Australia and the owners of the property of any and all liability and responsibility, financial or otherwise including damages, costs interest or the like arising out of or in any way connected with my participation.
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, email address. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation, the data controller in respect of any personal data that you submit to us is Nature Philosophy, a business that operates under Australian law.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We will collect information that you provide to us when you register on the Service (such information shall include, but may not be limited to, your name, age, debit/credit card information, telephone number, postal address and email address);
About your usage of the Service; that you provide to us in e-mails or letters that you send to us;
And about transactions you carry out through the Service, orders you place and the fulfilment of your orders;
Data that you submit in order to use the Service, including data relating to your customers, clients or others using your services which the Nature Philosophy apps have access to.
It is possible to view the Nature Philosophy website without providing any personal details. However, without registering your details you will not be able to use the Services.
We may use an analytics service provider for service usage analysis and reporting. Analytics service providers generate statistical and other information about usage by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers. The information generated relating to the Service may be used to create reports about the use of the Service and the analytics service provider will store this information.
